Kivuli Index Lab keeps this site simple and collects as little as it can. This page explains what the contact form gathers, how the lab handles it, and how to reach the lab about your data.

What the form collects

When you use the contact form, the lab receives the name, email address and message you type. Nothing else is required. The lab uses these only to read and reply to your question and, where relevant, to consider a topic for future research.

Analytics

The site uses privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics served first-party from this domain. It records page-level counts without cookies and without building a profile of individual visitors. It is used to understand which research is read, not to identify anyone.

Where data is handled

The site is served through Cloudflare’s global edge. Form submissions and email are processed on infrastructure hosted in the European Union (Germany) and forwarded to the lab’s email provider. Your message is stored only as long as needed to respond and to keep an ordinary record of correspondence.

What the lab does not do

The lab does not sell your data, does not run advertising trackers, and does not use your message to publicly identify you or your business without your agreement. Research examples on this site are composite scenarios, not client records.

Your requests

You can ask what the lab holds about you, ask for a correction, or ask the lab to delete your message. Write to hello@visiblekenya.com and the lab will act on reasonable requests.
